At Mis Claire, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase(s) to us (subjected to the conditions below):

  • All items must be returned in unworn & unwashed condition with TAGS ATTACHED
  • Clearance items, lingerie and items with "NON-RETURN" remark CANNOT be returned. We will not be obliged to take any actions on your parcel if you return the said item
  • You may return via courier service, or walk-in to our boutique to drop off the parcel during operation hours. You are allowed directly exchange in-store for a same or higher value item (top up the price difference)
  • No monetary refunds will be made
  • Returns must be done within 7 working days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM. The form must be read carefully and filled in accordingly
  • If you do not comply to our policy, we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee
  • We reserve the right to not process or take any actions on parcels that are unreasonably overdue (more than 7 days) without prior acknowledgement


EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you wish to exchange sizes, you may email cs@misclaire.com before sending the parcel back to us
  • We can reserve the exchange item(s) for you up to 7 days
  • If the size you requested is out of stock, we will refund you in return-credits. Please see return-credits policy below.


RETURN-CREDITS POLICY

  • Once we receive your return parcel, we will refund you in return-credits for you to make a new purchase of the items that you want
  • Return-credits (discount code) will be automatically applied and its amount will be deducted from your next online purchase
  • If you do not get the return-credits (discount code) during checkout, please contact our customer service for assistance
  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Also, buyer will bear the cost of shipping back the item to us. 
  • Return-credits cannot be used together with any other discount codes
  • Shipping fees will still apply after deducting the return-credits if the order amount didn't meet the minimum free shipping criteria, and return-credits cannot be used to off set the shipping fees


DEFECT / FAULTY

  • If the item you receive has a defect, kindly take a picture of the item and email it to cs@misclaire.com
  • We will assist you from there - depending on what kind of defect it is
  • Untrimmed threads, minor stains (washable), loose buttons, and color differences will not be considered as defects. You may still return it to us under the reason of "Not Satisfied" as a normal return for store credits.
  • Quality is something very subjective, and we reserve the right to finalize the level of defect


WRONG DELIVERY

  • If the item you receive is not what you ordered, kindly inform us by emailing cs@misclaire.com
  • We will assist you from there, providing you with the best solution and compensation (if any).


SEPTEMBER 2021 PROMO

As a one-month special promo, you will be given a fixed return-postage allowance of RM6 (WMY) or RM12 (EMY) if you need to return your parcel back to us.

If you return a blouse that costs RM60, we will refund RM60 + RM6 = RM66 in return-credits, with the additional RM6 as an allowance for your return-postage.

Please take note that shipping fees will still apply after deducting the return-credits, and return-credits cannot be used to offset the shipping fees.
