I do not have an email address, can I shop online?

No. You need an email address to sign up.

Can I use the same membership account when I shop online and offline (physical outlets)?

Yes, your membership will be linked via the email address that you registered with.

Previously I purchased from your physical outlet, how can I link to my membership account to the website?

When signing up on our website, use the same email address you used to register when shopping in our physical outlet. The membership will be linked automatically.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, please send an email to cs@misclaire.com for assistance.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

1. Log in to misclaire.com. If you are a new customer, sign up as a member first.
2. Add your items to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.
3. Review the items you have selected by clicking on the ‘VIEW CART’. You can change the items or remove items from your cart.
4. To finalize your purchases, click ‘CHECKOUT’ and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No, once your order has been placed, you are unable to cancel/amend the order. You may contact our customer service cs@misclaire.com to check your order status and see what can be done.

Can I change the shipping address after I made the order?

Contact our customer service cs@misclaire.com for assistance. If your order has been shipped, it will be impossible to make any amendments to the address.

I received an email / Whatsapp informing me one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Why is this happening?

All the items in the website are ready-stock and tracked with every purchase. However, due to human errors, mistakes may still happen once in awhile. If that happens, our customer service will contact you for a refund or exchange with other available items in-store.

Shipping

How much is the shipping fee?

West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) : RM6 (free shipping for purchases RM60 & above)
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) : RM12 (free shipping for purchases RM120 & above)
Singapore : RM40 (free shipping for purchases RM300 & above)
Brunei : RM80 per shipment

*take note that the final amount eligible for free shipping is the one after all discounts and promo codes have been applied

When will I receive my parcel?

We will process and ship out your parcel the next working day (Malaysian calendar).
Depending on the courier company, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled by our operation team.

Where to find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email, or you may also check it in your member's account on misclaire.com

Can I pick up my online order from your outlets?

This service is only available ay our Taman SEA (PJ) outlet. The parcels will take 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to reach the outlet. Please wait for a confirmation Whatsapp message from us, or call 011-16223349 to check the parcel status before arranging for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item to you if I am not satisfied with the purchase?

Yes, we allow returns with the terms and conditions stated on the Return Form that you will receive in your parcel.
Please refer to our return policy for more details before returning your parcel.

How can I return an item to you?

After confirming that your item is returnable via our Return Policy, you may proceed to ship your item together with the Return Form to the address below:

The delivery fee for returning the item to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer.

Can I return my parcel to your physical outlets?

Yes, you may drop off your return parcels to our physical outlets (except for SOGO KL). We will take 1-3 business days to process your return. Same return policy applies.

Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?

Direct exchanges can be done at our physical outlets (except SOGO KL) with same value or higher value item (top up) available in the store. No monetary refunds will be made.

For online exchanges, you may ship the item back to us and you will receive a Gift Card from us in the value of your exchange item.

Can I order online and then pick up from your outlets?

Yes, only our Taman SEA, PJ outlet is available for self-pickup. Parcels will take 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to reach the outlet. Please wait for a confirmation WhatsApp message from us, or call 011-16223349 (Taman SEA outlet) to check the parcel status before arranging your pickup.

If your order is urgent, kindly contact our customer service 014-9649976 first to confirm the arrival date before selecting self-pickup.

My size is not available in the physical outlets but is available online, can you arrange to ship to me?

Yes, our cashier in the physical outlet can help you to place an order online and ship the item directly to your address.

The item I would like to purchase is sold out online but available in your physical outlet, can you ship that to me?

Yes, please contact our customer service at cs@misclaire.com so we can help you place an order with the physical outlet.

Can I collect points when I purchase from your outlets?

Yes, provide the same email address you use online while you purchase in-store and the points will be automatically given to you once the purchase is made.

Can I redeem my points from your physical outlets?

Yes. The maximum redemption is RM50 per bill.

500 points = RM5 discount
1000 points = RM10 discount
1500 points = RM15 discount
2000 points = RM20 discount
3000 points = RM30 discount
5000 points = RM50 discount

*points redemption in store must be in a round figure as above

Member's benefits

How do the points system work?

You will get 1 point with every RM1 spent.

You can redeem RM1 discount with every 100 points collected.

Do you have any birthday specials?

You may update your birth date in our SMILE points system. On your birthday, you will receive 1000 points from us which is equal to a RM10 discount!

Discount Code

I have a discount code to use for my purchase. Where do I key-in the promo code?

Discount code needs to be keyed in from the shopping cart. Click 'View Cart' before proceeding to the check-out cart.
Key in code at top left of page.
Click Apply, and proceed to Checkout.

How do I know if I have successfully used the promo code for checkout?

Please always check your final purchase value to ensure deduction have been made.

I successfully applied the discount code, but the discount is not reflected in the checkout page.

Please check if you are currently enjoying member's VIP discount.
If your VIP discount value is higher, the system will only read the higher rate.
Certain promo codes and VIP discounts are not stackable (subjected to on-going promotion mechanics), it will take whichever discount value is higher.

Can I request for an expired code to be validated as I have made a Purchase Return and would like to repurchase?

No. Promo codes are only valid during the campaign period and will not be made available thereafter.
Any repurchases due to returning a promotional item, can be purchased based on its current selling price or utilizing any other available promo codes at the time of repurchase.
