Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign period: 1st Jan - 31st Dec 2022.

2. Customer to spend a minimum of RM4,000 (excluding return and cancelled item) per annum to qualify.

3. Spending timeline shall be from 1 Jan 2022 (12:00am) - 31st Dec 2022 (11:59pm)

4. The winner will have to maintain an active account with Mis Claire.

5. Winners of the campaign will be finalized and announced on January 2023.

6. Gift fulfillment period will be approximately 3-4 weeks from the announcement date.

7. Mis Claire reserves the right to disqualify any entries that is deemed to be fraudulent or suspected of abnormal transactions (if any).

8. Mis Claire will not entertain any request to combine any customer accounts for the purpose of consolidation.

9. Each customer account will be treated as an individual entity. Shall there be any duplicate customer account bearing the same account owner, we reserve the rights to forfeit either one or all, subjected to our prevailing terms & conditions
