Do I need to register as a member to be able to make purchases on the website?

Yes. This helps us to serve you better. Registration is simple - we only need your name and email address. Create a password that you can remember to complete the registration. When you sign up, you will receive a complimentary gift of 500 points which equals to a RM5 discount!

I do not have an email address, can I still become a member?

No. An email address is compulsory in order for you to become a member.

Can I use the same membership account when I shop online and offline (at the walk-in boutiques)?

Yes, your membership will be linked via the email address that you registered with.

Previously I purchased from physical store, how can I link to my membership account?

As long you are using the same email address while you purchase in our physical store, the membership will be linked automatically after you sign up as our online member.

I had previously used a different email address to purchase, can you help to combine my accounts?

We are sorry. We are unable to combine or transfer memberships to another account.

Can I change my email address?

I was a member previously, why I can't log in to my account anymore?

We have migrated our website to a new system starting from 1st September 2021. Please sign up for a new membership account if you have not visited us after 1st September 2021.

Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

It's simple! Follow these steps:



1. Log in to misclaire.com. If you are a new customer, sign up as a member first.


2. Shop by browsing through any of our products and view more details on each product page.


3. Add your chosen size to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.


4. Review the items you have selected by clicking on the ‘VIEW CART’. You can change the items or remove items from your cart.


5. To finalize your purchases, click ‘CHECKOUT’ and follow the instructions to complete your payment.

Can you reserve the stock for me? I would like to order first and pay slightly later.

Sorry, we are unable to reserve unpaid orders. Only orders that are paid successfully will be reserved.

How do I know if my order is successful?

After you have successfully made the payment, you will receive an email to notify you that your order is confirmed!

How can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you are unable to cancel the order. Depending on the status of your order, you may contact our customer service cs@misclaire.com to see what can be done.

I accidentally ordered a wrong item, can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you are unable to modify your order. Depending on the status of your order, please contact our customer service cs@misclaire.com for assistance.

Can I change the shipping address after I made the order?

Depending on the status of your order, please contact our customer service cs@misclaire.com to amend your shipping details. If your order has been shipped, it will be impossible to make any amendments to the address.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Items that are available for purchase in the website are in stock. You won't be able to purchase an item if it is out of stock.

Can I order through Whatsapp?

Sorry, this service is temporarily not available.

I received an email / Whatsapp informing me one of the items I ordered is out of stock. Why is this happening?

All the items in the website are ready-stock and tracked with every purchase. However, due to human errors, mistakes may still happen once in awhile. If that happens, our customer service will contact you for a refund or exchange with other available items in-store.

How much is the shipping fee?

West Malaysia (Semenanjung Malaysia) : RM6 (free shipping for purchases RM60 & above)



East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan) : RM12 (free shipping for purchases RM120 & above)



Singapore : RM40 (free shipping for purchases RM300 & above)



Brunei : RM60 per shipment

When will you ship out my parcel?

We will process and ship out your parcel the next working day (Malaysian calendar).

When will I receive my parcel?

Depending on the courier company, delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.



You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is fulfilled by our operation team.

Where to find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email, or you may also check it in your member's account on misclaire.com

Can I pickup from your store?

Yes, you can, but it's only available for our Taman SEA (PJ) Store. The parcels will take 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) to reach the store. Please wait for a confirmation Whatsapp message from us, or call 011-1622-3349 to check the parcel status before arranging for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item to you if I am not satisfied with the purchase?

Yes, we allow returns with the terms and conditions stated on the Return Form that you will receive in your parcel.
Please refer to our return policy for more details before returning your parcel.

Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?

Direct exchanges can be done in-store (at our physical stores).


However, we are unable to do any direct exchanges online at the moment. You may ship the item back to us and re-purchase the right size on the website after you receive a Gift Card from us.

Yes, you may exchange in our physical stores with same value or higher value item (top up) available in the store. No monetary refunds will be made.

Yes, you may drop off your return parcels to our physical stores. We will take 1-3 business days to process your return. Same return policy applies.

Yes, our cashier in the physical store can help you to place an order online and ship the item directly to your address.

The item I would like to purchase is sold out online but available in your physical store, can you ship that to me?

Yes, please contact our customer service at cs@misclaire.com so we can help you place an order with the physical store.

Can I collect points when I purchase from your store?

Yes, remember to provide your email address while you purchase in-store and the points will be automatically given to you once the purchase is made.

Can I redeem my points from your physical store?

Yes, you can. Take note that the maximum redemption is RM50 per bill.

My membership discount is no longer available. Why?

We have migrated to a new and different system whereby membership discounts have been discontinued. We will still reward you with a new points system that you can enjoy!

How do the points system work?

You will get 1 point with every RM1 spent.

You can redeem back RM1 discount with every 100 points collected.

Do you have any special for my birthday?

You may update your birthday in our SMILE points system. On your birthday, you will receive 1000 points from us which is equal to a RM10 discount!

I have a discount code to use for my purchase. Where do I key-in the promo code?

Discount code needs to be keyed in from the shopping cart.
Click View Cart (https://misclaire.com/cart ) before you proceed straight to check-out cart.
Key in code at top left of page.
Click Apply, and proceed to Checkout.

How do I know if I have successfully used the Promo Code for checkout?

Please always check your final purchase value to ensure deduction have been made.

I successfully applied the discount code, but the discount is not reflected in the checkout page

Please check if you are currently enjoying member's VIP discount.
If your VIP discount value is higher, the system will only read the higher rate.
Certain Discount codes and VIP discounts are not stackable (subjected to on-going promotion mechanics), it will take whichever discount value is higher

Can I request for an expired code to be validated as I have made a Purchase Return and would like to repurchase?

The Discount Code is only made valid during the campaign period and will not be made available thereafter.
Any repurchase due to return, the item can be purchased based on its current selling price or utilizing of available promo code at the time of purchase.
